2. Submit an Unboxing Video:
   To ensure transparency, we require an unboxing video showing the product’s condition at the time of delivery. The video should clearly display:

   • The unopened package.

   • The product being removed from the packaging.

   • The defect or damage.

3. Approval & Return Instructions:
   Once we review your request and approve it, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Processing:
   After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items
